Can we visit outside the scheduled days/hours?
Standard company visits are available from February to November, every Wednesday to Friday at 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM (WIB / UTC+7).\ If you wish to request a visit outside of this timeline, please contact the Agate Academy team for further assistance.
What happens if our group arrives late?
Arrival delays exceeding 1 hour on the day of the visit will result in cancellation, and a 50% refund of the total paid fee will be issued.
What is the minimum and maximum group size?
Each visit requires a minimum of 20 participants and a maximum of 150 participants (excluding accompanying teachers or guardians). Example: A group can consist of 150 students plus 10 accompanying teachers.
Are meals provided during the company visit?
We do not provide lunch or dining facilities on-site.
