Restya Winda Astari

Team Lead at Agate Academy

Restya Recognized the great potential of Indonesians in the creative industry, particularly in games. She took on the role of Team Lead of Agate Academy in 2017 to nurture talents in Indonesia. In addition to her role at Agate, Restya is also actively involved in Indonesian Game Association (AGI) as the Talent Development Manager. To date, she has assisted over 20 startups in developing their games through startup incubation and mentoring programs. 

Cipto Adiguno 

Chief Business Officer at Agate

Cipto Adiguno joined Agate as Vice President of Consumer Games in 2018. He was responsible for the post-production of Agate’s biggest console game, Valthirian Arc: Hero School Stories (VA: HSS). His accomplishment with VA: HSS would be significant for the expansion of the franchise, resulting in the upcoming sequel, VA: HSS 2. He also serves as the President of the Indonesian Game Association (AGI), aiming to accelerate the growth of the Indonesian video game industry.

Wafi Harowa

Head of Technology at Agate

Wafi worked in the video game industry since 2011 and joined Agate in 2018 and supported Agate to keep producing high-quality games through his product development and technology expertise like Cash, Inc, Teka Teki Santai, and Juragan Kost. He is an advisor for tech and programming courses, ensuring the materials provided are comprehensive and tailored to meet the needs of the game industry.

Fandry Indrayadi 

Creative Director at Mythic Protocol

Fandry is an award-winning game designer and generalist. His expertise includes designing, directing, coding, and composing music for games. He is experienced in developing and licensing PC, console, browser, and mobile games like Code Atma for mobile and Valthirian Arc: Hero School Story. Now, he’s focusing on exploring freemium games. He helped Agate Academy as an advisor for a game design course.
